ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

What's is the ADP Program?

Our Athlete Development Program is training designed for athletes, to help improve sporting
performance and decrease the likelihood of injury.
It’s designed for athletes 13+ years old, competing in any sport, at any level, in Canberra and
surrounding areas.
Athletes receive their own program, which is then completed in a semi-private setting, under the
supervision of a coach. Athletes receive 2 x coached sessions per week plus they have unlimited
access to the gym outside of these sessions.
Also included is regular performance testing and any additional programming requested, e.g. speed
sessions, extra gym sessions or running based fitness sessions.
Athletes attend any 2 of the below timeslots each week, for their coached sessions:


Monday - 5:30pm
Monday - 6:30pm

Tuesday - 6:00am
Tuesday - 6:30pm
Wednesday - 5:30pm
Wednesday - 6:30pm
Thursday - 6:00am
Thursday - 6:30pm
