RealFITT’s SPC is individualised coaching delivered in a small group setting. You will receive a tailored approach to address your training needs and goals, surrounded by like minded individuals in a supportive environment, led by our passionate Coaches.

STRENGTH SPORTS

RealFITT has a proud tradition in Strength Sports. We offer expert coaching in Powerlifting, Weightlifting + Strongman for those who are only just beginning their journey through to those competing at a world level.

ATHLETES

Our experienced coaches work with athletes from a vast range of sports, including field/court based sports, athletics, distance running, rowing, swimming + rock climbing.
